Pros

Great pay, seniority only matters with the time off and pay. The company awards you for staying with them, the pay gets better through out the long run and starts off great as well. For management you do work over time, but it tells you the schedule options as well as hours per week when you are applying, you also get paid time and a half for the over time that you work. For management, you have a set schedule so you only work a holiday if it falls on a day that your normally scheduled. You do work crazy schedules in management but they reward you with bonuses for doing that. You get 15 days to take off a year, but there are plenty of options for family leave and getting vacation if you have none. The company promotes through performance and NOT seniority. IF you do a good job then you are rewarded for it, simple as that.. There are no set breaks, but there is a major positive side to that, you get to take as many as you want when it isn't busy. There is no such thing as a chair at Quiktrip, but I personally would rather continue working than sit down and slowly let the time go by. So if your an energized people person than this is the job for you.

Cons

The only one I can think of is people do not leave Quiktrip so it may take some time to move up since you have to wait for an opening. People just love working at QT.

Pros

For part-time flexible hours and if you're a student you can get tuition reimbursement (If you work +13 hours and payed for your tuition). Also, good bounce as you work more hours. And once you stay long enough you can get health insurance and vacation days paid (you can get these benefits has a full time, but if you're and in high school and going to college after this would be better to keep flexible hours and later on get the perks),

Cons

At first, they give you a lot of information and even as you work with the company, there will be new things to learn. Bad thing about that is that store managers can get mad because other managers haven't explained to the clerks. So, it can be frustrating, this job is also a lot of talking so if your shy then that would be a problem.
