-Pay is good once you've been promoted one or more times -Monthly profit and customer service bonuses -Quarterly/yearly attendance bonuses -Generous number of days off from day 1
Cons
-Forget about work/life balance - there will only be work -Ancient appearance standards are out of touch with today's workers -Staffing is never what it should be and corporate is always cutting back on what is allowed -Upper management is out of touch with day to day store operations -Everyone is micromanaged regardless of tenure or performance -Vastly different management from supervisors, despite preaching "we all have the same expectations" -Yearly raises of hourly/salary pay overshadowed by yearly cuts of bonus percentages keeps pay almost static
