Pros
Free coffee, tea, soda, popcorn, and donuts in the break room. I could not speak to the benefits because you have to have worked there for at least 6 months and the job was not worth eating into my life (frequently working beyond your shift).
Cons
I did not work for QuikTrip Distribution for very long, but the staff was constantly short-staffed and could not keep people. I have worked in production for several years at another company so I was no stranger to that, but the advertising for what you got paid was FALSE. On the job posting it said it was $17.80 plus an $80 weekly attendance bonus. During my interview they told me it was $15 and some change and the $80 weekly attendance bonus, broken down, made your hourly rate $17.80. ANY time missed will count against your attendance bonus. Not to mention the lying in the job posting.
