Set schedule, flexibility to avoid using unnecessary days if you need a day off with having the flex program, organized, expectations for all shifts are clear, fast paced, great pay with bonus incentives, meet a lot of cool people between all the stores in the division since it is common to work at other stores and fill in as needed
Cons
Getting promoted is difficult if you don’t know a lot of people, all store team members must work at a rapid pace the entire shift in order to complete DAW in entirety which is a struggle for the clerks sometimes, can be constant high stress if you’re placed in an urban store, no discounts in any items but you receive free beverages while working, no breaks-you must quickly have a snack in the checkstand and then get back to work, but most of all, the job is exhausting and you have little energy to maintain a social/family life outside of work.
