Pros

If you can stay a year. The investment in stock is a great value con.

Cons

Long hours standing no lunch or breaks no where to sit. In management you can find yourself working doubles if no coverage can be found. Or you force the store manager who already works 50 hours a week to come and fill in. They tend to hire bodies over capable employees. Most are young and only want to leave as early as possible through out the week. The bonus can be nice through the busy season if you’re at a well earning store. During the winter there is a drastic drop in bonus. They should pay Assistant Managers more to keep good morale. 15 to 18 dollars an hour based on a 46 hour work week isn’t much to live off of.

Pros

Great Work Environment. Greater people. Talking to people there, including management, and corporate, always felt great. They take care of their employees. Great job if you are just starting out, need a day job, can land a corporate position, or are willing to work your way up the ladder.

Cons

I never thought I could hate a program until I tried downloading Zipline. it just doesn't work on your phone, Spending 15 minutes trying to log into Zipline on the computers on-site every day was annoying and time-consuming. The QuikTrip app is also very slow, which is also a common customer complaint.
