Pros
Overall, my experience was decent. Decent work culture, but it varied heavily by department. Pretty small teams so you had a lot of work that kept you busy and made you learn/stay organized.
Cons
There's been so many upper management changes due to the instability of the company and market place. It seems like upper management is still trying to figure out what to do to survive. The lack of policy, processes, and accountability is astounding for a company generating as much money as they do. The disorganization among all department is a fair representation of the current state of the company. Departments lack clear and basic communication skills to effectively run operations and generate revenue. Lastly, there's very little room for advancement. There's no clearly defined org chart, which makes everything more complicated.
