Horrible - Adjunct Faculty Quincy College Employee Review

Lots of online training to complete; very labor intensive with little to no support from admin and staff; students are disrespectful and very immature (some are actually still in high school), do not take their studies seriously and expect instructors to solve all of their problems; adjuncts begin working in January but are not paid until the last week in February; little to no autonomy for instructors because of micromanaging; no ability to print in color on campus; inadequate facilities for adjunct instructors (1 office for 100+ adjuncts)
