Pros

Terrific work-life balance as there are not enough projects A few talented colleagues who are great to work with

Cons

Leadership at the India office is weak, lacks direction. Management is highly disorganized, with shifting priorities and poor communication No clear vision or long-term strategy Severe lack of career growth opportunities Feedback is rarely acted upon, and concerns are dismissed rather than addressed

Thank you for sharing your experience—and for your 10 years with Quisitive. We really appreciate your commitment. It’s great to hear you enjoy the team, the projects, and the opportunity to keep learning and growing. As an IT consulting firm with a goal to be best-in-class, billing is a standard part of how we operate. We set clear expectations and strive to balance those standards with flexibility, support, and transparency—so motivated individuals can thrive and focus more on the work and impact, not just the hours.

Pros

Working at Quisitive has been consistently challenging with new opportunities if you're willing to raise your hand. I find it to be a very flexible work environment, which has enabled positive work-life balance. The company has a lot of really talented people working hard within their roles, despite there being some pockets of disfunction and negativity. I'm hopeful about the new CEO bringing new energy, accountability, and direction.

Cons

There has been a ton of change over recent years. Quisitive has some work to do to continue to grow, but it seems like leadership is starting to move in the right direction.
