Pros
I'm currently working on a billon dollar project, which has been a major contributor to my growth as a CE. It exposed me to advanced features, real-world challenges, and best practices in Dynamics 365 customization and integration. One of the best parts of the job is the close collaboration with our US counterparts. The communication between the US and the India team is very smooth, and there’s a strong sense of partnership and mutual respect. The team in India is growing steadily, and it's exciting to be part of this phase where there's a lot of learning, ownership, and opportunity to contribute meaningfully. The work culture encourages initiative, and I’ve always felt supported by both peers and leadership. Exposure to global projects provides great insight into how enterprise solutions are built and delivered. If you're looking to grow your skills in Dynamics 365 CE/Power platform while working in a collaborative, global environment, this is a great place to be. The learning is continuous, and the experience is truly rewarding.
Cons
As the India team grows, a bit more structure around knowledge sharing and documentation would be helpful for smoother onboarding of new members. Occasionally, time zone differences can be a small challenge, but the flexibility offered makes it manageable.
