Organization feels "rudderless" and has been drifting for years through various acquisitions, introduction of private equity, and frequent changeover in top management. Leadership has failed to articulate a compelling vision for the organization. There's no talent development pipeline, career development is an afterthought, and there haven't been any meaningful pay increases in years.

Pros

Most of the people I worked closely with were intelligent and nice to work with.

Cons

Everything else. No pay raises in years. They let people go because there is no work then a few months later realize, well crap, now we have a new client and no one to do the work. The turnover and layoffs are real, don't let these other reviews fool you. You can work here but your job is not secure. Rumor is they can't pay their bills.
