      Pros

      Great culture. Excellent/Knowledgeable team members. The company does great work for clients. In my experience the clients were fun to work with.

      Cons

      High turnover since last acquisition. Became a profit first company, it did not bother them to do layoffs or pay cuts on the first sign of slowing sales.

      Pros

      Working at Quisitive has been consistently challenging with new opportunities if you're willing to raise your hand. I find it to be a very flexible work environment, which has enabled positive work-life balance. The company has a lot of really talented people working hard within their roles, despite there being some pockets of disfunction and negativity. I'm hopeful about the new CEO bringing new energy, accountability, and direction.

      Cons

      There has been a ton of change over recent years. Quisitive has some work to do to continue to grow, but it seems like leadership is starting to move in the right direction.
