Uninspiring - Lead Consultant Quisitive Employee Review

Thank you for taking some time to provide your perspective and experiences while part of the Quisitive team. The IT solutions and services sector certainly had its challenges in 2023, and Quisitive was not immune to that. Our leaders had to make some tough decisions to meet those challenges, and as you would expect, there are always lessons learned on how to best handle those situations. Fortunately, our leaders worked through those challenges together to ensure that we have a cohesive team with a common vison and goals as we anticipate a successful 2024. While we may not necessarily agree with some of your feedback, we do consider and appreciate your perspective, as from your viewpoint that was your personal experience. As a company, we always strive to be as good as we can be - a place where our employees have a voice, feel like they are part of a greater team, and are paid fairly with incentives for achieving or exceeding goals.
