Pros
It’s cool to be on the forefront of understanding apps at a deep level and solving unique problems in the industry. I found it easy to be passionate about my work. Quixey is also filled with very smart and nice people that make for an interesting and fun work environment. And it’s a big plus that the CEO is approachable. Talking to him 1-on-1 isn’t anxiety inducing like with some CEOs I’ve worked with in the past.
Cons
The on-boarding process could be a bit smoother. Sometimes you’re just thrown into new situations and expected to produce results without much guidance.
