Pros
Great upper management structure. They are understanding and give freedom to branch managers to run the branches as they need to suit each market. True support from up top, as opposed to other suppliers (whom I have worked for)who just want to dictate and create roadblocks. Upper management/ Owner lets us do our jobs without a bunch of bureaucratic red tape. As long as we are doing what we need to do to make sure this company succeeds, they pretty much leave us alone and take care of us, which makes us want to do better for the company! We are treated as if we own each individual branch. Bonus structure is attainable and there are multiple layers of bonuses to achieve.
Cons
After years at another major supplier and years in the field, I can truly say there are no cons that I can think of working for this company.
