If you come here as a team driver that's exactly what you're going to be for as long as you stay with the company. Also, teams are pushed and slaved here no time to stop and do nothing. Treated as if you are a robot and not a human being. They call it pay by the load in reality its they pay you what they want, because it's no kind of guide they give you to follow no rule of thumb on how to calculate this.
