      The benefits were great, and the other employees were supportive.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care, and should be fired. Knows how to run a terminal but are soul crushing to their office employees.

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
