      Forward thinking and successful family-owned company that is fast paced and results driven. Hard work and rewarding all at the same time. Some of the most incredible people you could ever hope to work with.

      Cons

      Every company has its cons. However, R+L is true to its business and doesn't allow the cons to get in the way. They are short-lived if they are vetted to be accurate.

      Salary + bonus incentives. Company car or allowance plus entertainment expense account unlimited job growth and income potential

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
