      Pros

      Free stay at resort , good pay, close to home, off on weekends, can work some OT. Great management. Very flexible with vacation time.

      Cons

      Drivers. They are all the same wherever you go though. Pay start off is a little low in my opinion.

      Salary + bonus incentives. Company car or allowance plus entertainment expense account unlimited job growth and income potential

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
