      It's a family business so the company really looks out for their employees

      Don't really get praised by upper management by doing a good job. But when something goes wrong, it's a huge deal.

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
