      It's a job and a paycheck

      Pay currently below Par. All other ltl carriers way above pay rate. Poor management, too much damaged freight. Been told getting new terminal for last 11 years.

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
