      Good people, Some are very talented, some are very wise. Time with them is very beneficial. A great place to work, study people & move on.

      Cons

      Once a company is grown past the owners, site for the people is lost. To say "this is what we are about" you have to follow through your self & leadership is not for the passive.

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
