      Job is easy to do Not much critical thinking required Pays well for the difficulty of labor Environment is mostly friendly Racism not tolerated Paid Holidays and Vacations Good Benefits

      Has some inclusivity issues among employees (i.e. misogyny, homophobia) Long hours (you work until the job is done) No Overtime Pay Bad Safety Priorities (walls get painted before hazards are repaired) Can be Monotonous

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
