      They treat you poorly over all They do not train you on what you need to know to do your job The manager will say on thing and mean another The departments will try to pass off work any chance they get They will never update their structrue

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
