      Pros

      Pretty Lasse fare about stuff, didn't micromanage, great benefits, one week vacation starting out, nice location for being one of the only ltl companies north of 75 285, mechanics are awesome and best in the business

      Cons

      No Overtime until after 55 hours, subpar management and poor planning, always put in risky situations with truck, never had assigned truck so fighting over trucks occurs, working equipment would not be able to be used because management didn't have keys

      Salary + bonus incentives. Company car or allowance plus entertainment expense account unlimited job growth and income potential

      Must be disciplined as work from home most of time... which actually is a positive

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
