      Plenty of hours, free vacation resorts, decent pay, awesome crew to work with. Constant work even in slow times

      You stay out late and have to pick up slack of the whiners who get to go home early

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
