      Pros

      Great hourly pay, equally great benefits (a lil expensive though) 3 free vacation resorts & off weekends unless you want to work or are asked to.

      Cons

      No overtime pay, if you work over 40hrs it's all straight time.

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
