      Don't really have any. It's close to home

      Cons

      They don't care about the dockworkers. It's all about the drivers. Under paid. Treated poorly. Disrespected.poor management. They hire just anybody even Felons and drug addicts. No background checks or drug tests.

      Salary + bonus incentives. Company car or allowance plus entertainment expense account unlimited job growth and income potential

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
