      The company never plans ahead for overflow on out bounds..should have trailers set in place to avoid dock freight....and they rush you but get mad if ya crush freight trying to get to get it on a truck

      Salary + bonus incentives. Company car or allowance plus entertainment expense account unlimited job growth and income potential

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
