      Pay is good with starting pay now at top range. Drivers have a bid route. Drivers without bid route usually are assigned to the same area, unless coverering for a driver on vacation.

      Cons

      Drivers who complain get the easy deliveries because the router gets sick of licensing to them fuss. Good drivers do the most work

      Salary + bonus incentives. Company car or allowance plus entertainment expense account unlimited job growth and income potential

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
