Condescending, belligerent attitude- they think bullying employees is the way to manage and get respect and theyre dead wrong.Like others have said they never reward anyone for work well done but hand out steady streams of write-ups for every petty issue you can think of and they seem to enjoy doing it.Perform dedicated quality work day in and out and its thrown back in your face.
