      Pros

      Excellent starting pay with great pay increases in increments. I was trained to do everything from pre-clerk, weights and inspections, outbounding trailers, etc.

      Cons

      There are no cons to speak of. Great place to work, good part time money, and close to home. Go R&L Carriers.

      Salary + bonus incentives. Company car or allowance plus entertainment expense account unlimited job growth and income potential

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
