Pros
The best part about the position is the pay is good. Training is done as soon as you're orientation is complete & you're assigned to an experienced employee who will guide you through all of the areas of the position even if you have never worked this type of job, it is easy to learn.
Cons
One of the main things to understand is that these people are not your friends, some people are cold as ice there. They see people come and go so don't feel like you can tell all of your business because your coworkers will talk. The higher ups are related so there are rats in the system (if you get what I mean). I've noticed some employees related to higher ups mess up freight completely numerous times and never receive any punishment. Not fair.
