      Love my job. Small. Family centered company

      Pay is horrible. Like way less than competition. Also not set policy so you never know exactly what rule to follow as they change almost daily.

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
