      Honestly working for this company twice in 2 different states, I'd say there is no pros

      Cons

      Toxic work place. This review is about the second location I worked. Manager screams and yells at employees and calls them names when they mess up even minor things. Told me I should of told him my personal health condition even though it didn't stop be from doing my job. No compassion. Talked inappropriate about me behind my back. Instead of working he decided to watch me on the camera all day. Upper management and HR never did anything when they complained about him.

      Salary + bonus incentives. Company car or allowance plus entertainment expense account unlimited job growth and income potential

      Must be disciplined as work from home most of time... which actually is a positive

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
