Project Management Burnout - Anonymous employee R+L Carriers Employee Review

Lack of recognition. No wok life balance as a professional. 9+ hour days on salary. Seems to operate from a good ole boys mentality. Lack of diversity but primarily in corporate upper management. 2 weeks vacation up to 7 years. Would be more pros if they didn't turn into cons later on. Working hard only earns more responsibility and doing others work. There's room for growth, at a price. Will be denied a department change if you're doing a job upper management will become responsible for and do not know how to do if you leave the department. But they expect you to know everything for a promotion. Catch 22 everywhere looked.
