Flexitime. Free limited parking. In our account, we are lucky having good considerate clients. Most of our other benefits were from client's side to retain people longer. What they dont know is people leave because of the local managers.
Cons
People leave leaders/managers and not companies. We left because all credits went to our team leader/manager who doesnt even know what we're doing. Our manager cant help us when we're having trouble and blames staff for mistakes when it would have been prevented if we have a credible manager in the first place. Someone who can guide us in our work because of his knowledge and experience in the business. Tasks are directly from client managers but appraisals are made by local managers who have no idea what we're doing and plays favorites to people they're close to. So even if you are not performing well and always on long breaks (>2hrs for 8hr workshift) as long as you're "friends" with local managers they give you good word to client managers. Governance calls (tasks reports/issues) with client are made by us with local managers in the background only because they have no idea what we're doing. Ex., handles financial account but no financial background. No knowledge and no interest in knowing what we're doing too. Lies to clients and their working staff to get more business from their clients.
