Pros
Hard working team of people that are dedicated to their work and a joy to work with.
Cons
Benefits have been stripped away. Health insurance has huge deductibles. Recently took bonus program away and took away recognition programs for 30 year anniversary and up. There isn't any match on 401k. 1 percent cost of living raise is the best you'll ever get, if you even get that.
