      Work is challenging, stimulating and rewarding. Co-workers and culture are down to earth midwestern.

      Cons

      Since the split from LSC and DFS, rrd is still reeling financially. The impact is limited opportunity for growth, no 401K, retirement or reasonable health benefits.
