      Pros

      "OK" wages, and great co-workers.

      Cons

      Overworked. Constant weekend, mandatory shifts. Constant 12 hour shifts. Swing shifts. Working with temp services, who give really insufficient help. Crappy, and expensive insurance/benefits.
