Pros
RRD had a lot if the right ideas and aspirations. The group I worked in had a fair amount of autonomy and a great bunch of people.
Cons
RRD struggled to define themselves outside of the printing world. Potentially a downside of earlier successes, but missed the opportunity to differentiate after the reorg they had.
