Workload not justified, not even compensated well enough. Work extends beyond 8 hours (worst case scenarios, 16 hours, especially during WFH set-up), not even paid. Managers would just ask you to just change shift if you are sick, just in case you feel better within the day. Inconsistent audit findings; given guidelines to be followed, only to be marked as incorrect by another auditor. Little chance to grow in this group, has obvious favoritisms. Does not really care about their employees.
