      The resources needed to succeed were in place and easily accessible. You were free to express opinions and they were acknowledged The office was a great environment but remote is even better The management group I worked for was a great one

      Cons

      The company is huge, so red tape is a normal situation, but it's doable. No 401K contributions from the company I had NO training, but I had the freedom to learn on my own what I specifically needed for my role
