Business Outlook
Pros
The company showed genuine concern for safety of its employees. The benefits were much better than other manufacturing facilities in the area. Pay was a bit better than minimum. Lots of little random perks here and there.
Cons
You must agree to being forced to a maximum of 57.5 hours a week as a condition of employment. Training can be less than sufficient. During training, HR insists that if a certain position in the plant does not work out for you, they will work with you to find another place for you. This is not true if you are hired for a 4 crew position, which works a total of 12 hours a day. Also, every 6 weeks you must switch from night to day shift and vice versa. Extremely high turnover.
