      Pros

      Ok pay that's really about it. It keeps you from being homeless. Vending machines. Overtime consumes your soul. Very unappreciated.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything, lack of benefits, treated like you owe the plant manager something, pretty much non existent benefits, old undermaintained equipment.
