Good People, but way to many steps to get stuff done - Anonymous employee R.R. Donnelley Employee Review

There is no reason to work any harder than what you are already are as there are no appreciation for the things that you do, to even get a raise it takes forever as it needs to go through the Corporate ladder. Way too many unnecessary steps involved to even get a single job in. The company could definitely run better if they did not have one department do other departments jobs.
