If you are looking for benefits and a full work week look somewhere else. Employees pay double for health insurance compared to most companies, no 401k match for years and none expected, no pension, 34.5 hour work week for 12 hour shifts, and 37.5 for 8 hour shifts so no full work weeks. Machines old and no budget to take maintain them and certainly nothing invested to replace them. With profit this corporation makes it embarrassing how they keep taking more and more away from employees each year. Its the way the corporation is run, I think in house management is as frustrated as the employees on the floor, it all leads back to corporate greed in my opinion.
