Pros
I worked for 3 years in presales & marketing profile. The company offers a very professional, and ethical environment. Some of the pros are: - Excellent package and in hand salary (thanks to the finance department). They cut minimum applicable tax and other stuff as per income tax law. - Excellent opportunities to work in different verticals of presales. For example domain knowledge, costing / estimations, proposal writing, marketing material creation etc. If you are willing to learn then its a great place for you. - Working environment like facilities, leave policy, transport etc are good - Chance to visit abroad in events, demos and client meetings (along with sales team) The mantra here is to 'gel' with the team and company. Have an open mind, embrace the organization and be a part of it (don't keep comparing with your previous companies). I highly recommend for the company and top leadership.
Cons
- Office space can be made better. The company right now requires a much larger office to accommodate the growing numbers.
