      Only freshers should join this company not experienced.

      Cons

      Don't join even if you are jobless and having a senior profile. Rather, keep looking for some better company. They fire without any notice and compensation. There is no concept of bench here.Company does not bear even one day without billing. But in case you resign, you will have to serve full 2 months notice in any case.

      The company was great, it was good to not be micro managed and the management was quite understanding in terms of performance and external issues
