- Surprisingly well structured for a $105mn global services company - Have realized that disruption and change are very inevitably important components for growth; the co. is willing to walk the talk as well - Great people; the employee grooming program is at par with the industry bests - In an economy wherein the growth of most companies in the tech. industry is stagnant, R Systems is growing at a good pace; employees too, reap the benefits wherein All of the valuable contributors in the co.'s chain are appraised in high-double digits each year! - Employees are greeted with bouquet of flowers and a company branded sturdy bag, with lots of goodies in it, followed by a group lunch with their managers. In addition, once a month, all new joiners from the prev. month, are hosted at an offsite location for a grand team-lunch with the exec. mgmt., wherein they get to interact, share their experience, ask Qs, and recommend new ideas!
Cons
- Marketing function needs to scale up, big time! - Some key structures like Sales Account Mgmt. teams, Client Success Managers are currently missing (these are currently taken care by Tech. Ac. Managers, and Principal Ac. Managers) - Need to improve and optimize their online-cum-social footprint; currently, the footprint doesn't do justice to the actual experience one undergoes right from the employee onboarding time!
