good onsite opportunity. opportunity to work on new technologies. can join on good hike. flexible timing.
Cons
poor transport facility. poor management due to no work -life balance in most of the project but not at company level. no work from home facility. appraisal process takes 3-4 months. strictly follow - 9 hrs in office daily even your on bench or don't have anything. you have leaves but you can't take leaves if you are billable employee. hire and fire but not too much, can keep on bench for 2 months but not more than that.
